Monika Dąbrowska

President of the Polish Franchise Organization and Franchising Manager at McDonald's Polska

A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (International Economic Relations, Management and Marketing). Since 1998, she has been working at McDonald's Polska Sp. z o.o., where since 2006 she has been dealing with franchise, currently as Franchising Manager. In recent years, she was responsible for the recruitment of franchisees and dealt with numerous projects carried out in restaurants run by network partners. In 2008 she was elected President of the Polish Franchise Organization. She is responsible for the management and development of the organization for the 5th term. At that time, the number of companies associated in POF increased more than three times, and the organization itself was introduced into international structures - World Franchise Counsel and European Franchise Federation. She popularized franchise and business ethics in numerous press publications. She was a speaker at many business and scientific events.

Jacek Biskup

Director of the Department of Partner Network, Nest Bank SA

Jacek Biskup is an MBA graduate in the field of Strategic Program and Project Management, holding APMC certificates in the field of project management (Prince2, MSP, P30, ITLL). For over 20 years he has held managerial positions specializing in creating, implementing and developing distribution and sales strategies, creating new business development opportunities. He is an expert in the field of efficiency and optimization of business units. He gained professional experience in managerial positions in the FMCG sector (Agencja Promocji - own business, Reckitt Benckiser), telecommunications (Orange, Plus), financial (GE Money Bank, Nadra Bank Ukraine, Meritum Bank, Alior Bank). Since 2016 he has been managing the partner network of Nest Bank SA. Jacek is a participant in four marathons from the Word Major Marathons series (New York, Berlin, Chicago, Boston) with a lifetime record of 3h00min26sec.

Marek Lipka

director of Carrefour supermarkets in Poland

He has over 17 years of experience in the trade industry. He has been working at Carrefour Polska since 2001. At the beginning of his career he was associated with supermarkets, where he worked as the operational director. He also worked as a regional director for multiformat, gaining experience in managing Carrefour hypermarkets and supermarkets. From 2011 to 2017 he was responsible for the development of the franchise format and convenience stores in Poland. A graduate of the University of Physical Education in Warsaw.

Mirosław Szawerdo

Member of the Board

The owner of two supermarkets Intermarché in Myślibórz and Dębno, currently in the Musketeers Group responsible for recruiting future investors and their training. In May 2014, he became a Member of the Management Board of the central company ITM Polska and held it until June 2017. He also held other important functions within the structures of the Group of Musketeers in Poland, including in the Directorate of Communication and Information. He joined the Musketeers in 2008. Previously, for twenty years he managed a construction company operating in the United States. He is a technician by education, privately - a sports lover. Repeatedly represented the United States in Taekwondo.

Krzysztof Opaliński

Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Fines S.A.

He is a graduate of the Wrocław University of Technology (MSc Engineer, 1982) and University of Manitoba in Canada (MBA, 1990). In the years 1990 - 95 he worked for the consulting company Aquarian Industries in Winnipeg as a consultant / head of the advisory branch. After having returned to Poland, he worked in consulting companies: Deloitte (1995-96), Esprit Consulting (1997-2004) and Roland Berger (2008-09) as a project manager in the field of economic consulting. From 2005 at Fines SA as co-founder of the company and Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Since 2007, he has been a member of the Council of the Conference of Financial Enterprises in Poland, including (2010-2016) as the Chairman of the Committee for three terms. In 2018 he was elected to the Management Board of the Polish Franchise Organization.

Damian Ozga

CEO of the EVG Invest holding company, which includes numerous companies and real estate. The company specializes in managing companies from the tourism industry and the fitness industry. Founder and CEO of the My Travel.pl brand that is currently part of the Wirtualna Polska capital group. Under MyTravel.pl brand, he created the largest franchise Travel Agency network in Poland, which has been operating on the Polish market since 2008. Member of the Board of the Polish Franchise Organization.
Due to his vast experience in creating and managing the franchise network, he is a speaker at many business meetings.
A graduate of the Wrocław University of Economics (Finance and Accounting) and the Wrocław University of Technology (Logistics and Transport Management).
In a private life: husband and father of two sons.

Arkadiusz Słodkowski

Owner and Member of the Board of PROFIT system

Owner and Member of the Board of PROFIT system, a consulting company that provides comprehensive franchise, partner and agency cooperation consultancy. The company operates in Central and Eastern Europe, has offices in Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania, Serbia, Macedonia, Russia, Lithuania, Ukraine and Hungary, in Saudi Arabia and in Italy. He belongs to the international network of advisers in the Syncon International Franchise Consultants franchise. He supervises the editorial and publishing work of the FRANCHISING monthly and the Franchising.pl portal. He is the author of many articles about the license market. In the consulting work, he specializes in the implementation of recruitment campaigns for franchise, agency and partner networks. He conducts business trainings licensed at the Franchise Academy. From April 2008, he is a Member of the Board of the Polish Franchise Organization.

Arkadiusz Słodkowski graduated from the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at the University of Warsaw with a specialization in international relations. He received a diploma from the journalist school of Polityka weekly. He worked as a journalist in the editorial offices of Polityka and Życie Warszawy dealing with social and economic issues. In the years 1995-1998 he worked in public relations agencies: United Publishers and The Rowland Company specializing in servicing financial clients. He also has led successful Public Affairs projects.

Marcin Tauber

Director of Franchise Sales Network Development

Currently responsible for sales in the franchise network of the Open Group. He has been participating since 2017 in a new project of Affiliate Outlets involved in real estate, finances and insurance, where he deals with the development of the franchise network. Earlier, in Alior Bank, from 2008, he was the director of the Network of Affiliate Branch Networks and was responsible for the implementation of the strategic goals of Alior Bank, including through the management and development of the partner branch network. He participated in mergers in the banking sector - merger of Meritum Bank and Alior Bank as well as BPH and Alior Bank, in which he supervised, among others, rebranding of franchise branches. He initiated the creation of the first Partners' Council in the franchise network in the banking sector. In the years 2005-2008 he was the director of indirect sales at Bank BPH, where he was responsible for the expansion of the franchise network in the north-eastern region of Poland. A graduate of the University of Podlasie in Siedlce.

The General Assembly of Members

The General Assembly of Members is the supreme authority of the Organization. The General Meeting is convened by the Management Board and takes place every three years. All Members of the Organization take part in the meeting.
