Arkadiusz Słodkowski graduated from the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at the University of Warsaw with a specialization in international relations. He received a diploma from the journalist school of Polityka weekly. He worked as a journalist in the editorial offices of Polityka and Życie Warszawy dealing with social and economic issues. In the years 1995-1998 he worked in public relations agencies: United Publishers and The Rowland Company specializing in servicing financial clients. He also has led successful Public Affairs projects.
Owner of two supermarkets and Intermarche petrol stations in Myślibórz and Dębno. From 2019, in Grupa Muszkieterów, he is responsible for the development of the Intermarche and Bricomarche brands. In previous years, he was a member of the management board of the ITM Polska central company. He also performed other important functions within the structures of the Musketeer Group in Poland. Including he was responsible for the recruitment and training of future investors, and managed the Communication and Information Directorate. He joined the Musketeers in 2008.
