At that time, the number of companies associated in POF increased more than three times, and the organization itself was introduced into international structures - World Franchise Counsel and European Franchise Federation. She popularized franchise and business ethics in numerous press publications. She was a speaker at many business and scientific events.

He is an expert in the field of efficiency and optimization of business units. He gained professional experience in managerial positions in the FMCG sector (Agencja Promocji - own business, Reckitt Benckiser), telecommunications (Orange, Plus), financial (GE Money Bank, Nadra Bank Ukraine, Meritum Bank, Alior Bank). Since 2016 he has been managing the partner network of Nest Bank SA. Owner and Member of the Board of PROFIT system, a consulting company that provides comprehensive franchise, partner and agency cooperation consultancy. Arkadiusz Słodkowski graduated from the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at the University of Warsaw with a specialization in international relations. He received a diploma from the journalist school of Polityka weekly. He worked as a journalist in the editorial offices of Polityka and Życie Warszawy dealing with social and economic issues. In the years 1995-1998 he worked in public relations agencies: United Publishers and The Rowland Company specializing in servicing financial clients. He also has led successful Public Affairs projects.
Owner of two supermarkets and Intermarche petrol stations in Myślibórz and Dębno. From 2019, in Grupa Muszkieterów, he is responsible for the development of the Intermarche and Bricomarche brands.
