Since the beginning of her professional career, she has been associated with Santander Bank (formerly BZ WBK). Since 2008, she has been creating and managing the Santander Partner franchise network. In the first years of the network's operation, she was responsible for the development of the network and the product offer, and since 2013 she has been managing the Department of Development of Partner Outlets. She is responsible for the implementation of the bank's strategic goals in partner branches.
